Setup can start as early as 7:30am when the road closes. 

Vendors supply their own tables, chairs, tents etc. and are responsible to remove their personal garbage at the end.
Vendor spaces are assigned by email or the morning of event. Previously at our Festival? You can request your previous space in advance. There's a $20 donation (non-refundable) to reserve a space. You can bring it with you or:

By submitting a vendor application either electronically or by mail you agree to the following: I understand the requirements of the Festival and agree to abide by them. I hereby hold harmless, ICAG & the Village of Interlaken. Furthermore I accept fully responsibilty for myself, property, and my actions. I understand that the sponsors will not be liable for damages or losses of any kind suffered by participation in this event.

 Line-up in Interlaken at the South Seneca Elementary School ( 8326 N Main St, Interlaken, NY 14847 ) will begin at 9 am. The parade will start at 10:30am. You will depart from the school traveling south on Main Street/Route 96, past the Community Bank parking lot, to end near West Avenue/96A, where participants will be able to disband and reorganize as needed. The parade is approximately half a mile long. Please prepare for weather as appropriate. The listed order of the parade is subject to change until the time of the parade. This is the reason for the early line-up time. Arrive as early as possible to facilitate any needed changes.
